Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Genuine leather may contain natural markings, slight color variations, scars, or texture differences. These are not considered defects, but part of the unique character and beauty of real leather.
